It’s your good old Kapn’ Bone here with “Taste of the Space Coast”
It takes a lot to get me and Buddha out of the neighborhood, but when we were invited to check out The second annual event that benefit’s the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association Space Coast chapter hospitality education programs how could we resist?
Some thirty local food establishments were represented bringing their own specialty dishes to be sampled by the large eager crowd. We wasted no time getting our tickets from our good friend at Rusty’s Rhett Fisher. Walking in to the event we saw just about every booth filled with hungry patrons trying everything from Ahi Tuna to Lobster Quesadillas, the kids had a face painting booth and a good old fashioned pie eating contest. I would put this event on the calendar for next year for sure! Music ,fun and great food.
Now I could give you the names of all of the restaurants that were there, but there were so many we would be here all day! What I will do is tell you that we have been invited to do food reviews on just about all of the purveyors here at the port.
