Monday: Chunky waist to chest high from the east at 5 sec. Onshore winds in the mid teens build for the afternoon.

Tuesday: Similar conditions to Monday with lighter onshore AM winds for northern FL while south of the Cape stays chunky with onshore winds in the mid teens.

Looking ahead: Onshore winds and an 8 sec thigh to waist high east swell hang around for the rest of the work week. Winds will be much lighter in the mornings for manageable surf but build for the afternoons adding wind chop for mushier afternoon waves.
