Monday: Chest to overhead from the east at 16 sec but strong ESE winds are chopping things up.
melbourne beach surf forecast
Tuesday: Head high sets at 13 sec from the East. NE winds in the mid teens continue. Winds could be little better down south by Port St. Lucie in the morning and south of the Cape in general for the afternoon. So keep an eye on the cams.
Looking ahead: Chest to head high from the East with 15mph ENE winds tuning to the East and building for the afternoon as Milton approaches. Thursday sees Hurricane washing machine conditions and heavy winds. Friday will have Hurricane 12 foot waves at 13 sec with Strong NW winds.
Saturday is looking like the potentially ridable big wave day with over head surf at 12 sec and gentle NE winds for north of the Cape and in the teens for south of there. Sunday should be the fun day with chest to overhead at 12 sec with light onshore winds. Then dropping a bit for the start of next week.
Some of the winds are subject to change as the strom shifts so keep an eye on the cams!
