Swayin’ With The Reggae At Capt. Hiram’s

If you haven’t been to Capt Hiram’s Resort in Sebastian, make the plans and prepare your frontal lobes for an explosion of pleasure.

The place is amazing. Set right on the Indian Riverfront, you can get there by boat, and of course by car, to enjoy all their amenities. But however you chose to get there, go! I promise you won’t be disappointed. The instant you step onto the property you’ll feel yourself whisked away to the tropical Paradise Island of your dreams.

Yesterday the entertainment was killer. The sounds were not only loud and crystal clear, but left us feeling uplifted and rejuvenated.

The opening band was a group of Local boys out of Melbourne Florida, Dub City Tribe. They throw down a smooth Reggae sound with modern influences of R&B and rap with just the right dash of rock ‘n roll twisted in.

Then Maxi Priest hit the stage and the crowd went wild as his sounds threw off a healing aura of pure pleasure. If you love Reggae you know who Maxi is and there’s not much more for me to say other than he had the people swaying, jumping, and grinning from ear to ear. It was my first time to have the pleasure of seeing him live and I can’t wait for it to happen again!

Capt Hiram’s staff did more then an amazing job of keeping the food and drinks flowing to a huge friendly crowd of every age. I couldn’t believe how quickly the food and drink came and the servers’ attitudes where always ultra cool. (Marcie you rock!)

Keep your eyes peeled here at Surfguru.com for upcoming LIVE internet coverage of all kinds of events, all summer long. When it comes to Brevard County and fun, we got ya covered!
