Hey there! Sassy Shelli here! I had an AWESOME time at Captain Hiram's last night!
When I first got there I was in need of some grub, so we headed to the outdoor restaurant. It was a great place to sit and watch the sun set over the river and I had a very tasty burger and fries to boot. The staff was very nice and prompt. I was scoping the scene to see if I knew anyone and I noticed that there were a lot of eye-catching people! Not just the guys but the women too! After I had filled up, I decided to check out the walk-up SandBar outside. They make the best Mai Tai's!
About that time the bands started to tune up for a fun-filled night. I heard four excellent bands play, one of them being Senses Fail. I also heard Foxy Shazam, Dance Gavin Dance, and Sky Eats Airplane. It wasn't even hard to find a comfortable spot up close to the stage! The show went on despite a little bit of rain, and the bands played really well! The security guys did a great job of keeping everyone safe and unharmed.
Over all, I really had a wonderful time! I will definitely be checking out that scene again. If you are ever in the area and feel like having a good time, head over to Captain Hiram's Resort. They will feed you, entertain you, and send you home with smile on your face!
