Island Camps is proud to announce that we will be providing the summer surf camp for the City of Deerfield Beach starting in June 2012. However, many of our local, at-risk youth are unable to participate. One in every 6 children is living below the poverty line in your community. Our vision is to offer camp scholarships to these children in need and to shine a ray of HOPE for their future through sports.
Our goal for this event is to raise $50,000 in cash and donations this year. Your generosity will allow us to hold free clinics, events, mini-sponsorships, and award camp scholarships to children in-need that otherwise could not afford the experience. Every dollar donated will help us share this experience and our love of the ocean with the next generation.
By donating funds or providing goods/services you and your company can assist us with local events, free clinics, and scholarship awards…all while giving your company exposure to the community.
