I'm going to Clearwater in Florida this week with my family, and for a while now my daughter has asked me to take her fishing, I'm planning to buy a cheap Beach caster to fish from the shore, can anyone give me any advice on what bait to use and what would be the best time to fish? I don't care what we catch as it will be released, just want to catch something as a little treat for my daughter and my Brothers step daughter, preferable time would be late afternoon PR evening where we could take the kids to the beach where they could play and my brother and I could fish and hopefully catch something.
Im from Scotland so have no idea what the best times to fish are or what the best bait is, as I said this is mostly just to excite my daughter about fishing so I don't care what we catch as long as we catch something and preferability late afternoon or evening but any tips will be much appreciated
