golden coral on steroids.  last day of spring break for kids.  we went to science center a must. then hit the fun spot which was packed on spring break and then we cruzed to texas de brazil.

texas de brazil is a brazilian steak house on idrive.  we walked in way under dressed but we had reservations so we had to be seated. being idrive a tourist mecca there were others like us.  the experience is set with an adult pleasing salad bar. where you walk away thinking they thought of every food an adult would crave.  (artichokes caperberries fresh mozzerella mushrooms biscue etc

the food was set in a fashion where they had roaming servers with meat that they would slice on to the plates.  they had to of thought of everything.  they had all kinds of steaks, ribs, pork and lamb.  I made sure to try just about all of it.

 the restaurant thought of all the details from cleaning table to service but i still left thinking this was not 5star.  it felt like golden coral.  the biscue could have lobster and i kept getting over cooked meat.
