13th Annual Crawfish Boil to benefit The Cancer Care Centers Foundation Aieeeeeeee! Time sure flies, it's nearly two months til the boil and I am getting hungry for some bugs!!!! I am expecting a big crowd this year and more great music. I already know of some pretty large groups coming. As soon as I know the online payment system is all set with Cancer Care I will let you know so you can pre-order tickets. This will help me buy enough bugs and beer for everyone. Calling all sponsors. As always, if you help sponsor you get your company or family name on the collectible cup. My business sponsors will get additional advertising this year. I am going to create a sponsor newsletter that will be mailed out to attendees. Feel free to add coupons and discounts I can add to the newsletter. Sponsorship Levels (cash or cash equivalent item donation - items needed for the raffle baskets - all tax deductible): Roscoe - $2,000 (10 adult wrist bands) Etouffee - $1,000 (8 adult wrist bands) Jambalaya - $500 (6 adult wrist bands) Po-Boy - $250 (4 adult wrist bands) Gumbo - $100 (2 adult wrist bands) Tickets are $20 for adults, kids under 18 are free. Traditionally everyone needs to bring on item to share (chips, side dish, dessert etc.). Please note what you are bringing and your RSVP for adults/kids on the evite site. If you can't access it, please email me your info and I'll add it myself. That's about it. Get your camping site, hotel room or designated driver early and start those pre-boil diets.
