Being a long time Surfguru staff writer, I’ve had the pleasure of attending the last three Okto-beer-Fest’s at the Sandbar Sports grill and I didn’t miss this year. Andrew out did himself yet again.. $20.00 started all the beer you can drink, over 20 different kinds of beer, from all over the world. The place was packed, most people were toting 2 huge green beer mugs, I even saw a guy with three! The beautiful serving girls wearing lederhosen is always a nice touch. Everyone was in wonderful spirits for the first cool evening of the year. Andrew skipped the polka music though and had local bands Vintage and Dub City Tribe in the house.
As always, the food was delicious and the service spectacular and I can’t wait to do it again next year!
