What do you eat/drink to recover after a long slow Sunday run?

I'm sure many of us do our long runs on Sunday morning. As I am starting to get higher in mileage, today completing my first ever 9 mile run, I find myself starving shortly after the run, so I thought I would see if what the community recommends.
