Any surfers who also snowboard?

Hello everyone,,

I surf and am comfortable on skateboards and was just wondering how they compare to snowboarding so I can get an idea of what it's like. Easier/harder? Just wanted to see how relatable the sports are seeing as they seem to follow the same fundamentals.

I prefer skateboards than snowboarding. I suppose snowboarding requires more techniques.

Personally, I prefer thrusters since they add another level of control. I am a huge guy, therefore on days when I want to look smaller, I switch to something bigger.
