Circle of Life Paddle-Out ~ In Remembrance of Our Loved Ones, Honoring those who lost their lives/fighting kidney disease & Those Still Fighting To Survive ~ May 4, 2013 8:00am at The Cocoa Beach Pier


We're making a CALL OUT to SURFERS/WATERMEN to please join us at The Cocoa Beach Pier & help form The "CIRCLE OF LIFE" Paddle-Out at 8:00am 


Please show your support!  We're hoping to get as many surfers, watermen & loved ones who lost someone out in da water.  Come out on your surfboards, boggie boards or whatever floating device you have and help us kick off the 2nd Annual Cocoa Beach Kidney Walk

Please HELP little Blake Adams reach his fundraising goal & make a donation, he was diagnosed w/ kidney disease at age 2.

Blake was our 2011 & 2012 NKF poster-boy and an inspiration toso many who's met him ~ that's one brave & happy little boy.
 

If I can get 10 people to donate $5.00 or 5 people at $10.00 ~ it would be greatly appreciated (Blake just got released from the hospital last week so his family haven't had a chance to ask around .. just trying to help him out).
