Space X Rocket Returns to Port

On August 14 (1:26am EDT), SpaceX's Falcon 9 launched JCSAT-16, a commercial communications satellite, achieved Geostationary Transfer Orbit. The Falcon 9 first stage also landed on the droneship stationed in the Atlantic.

On August 17th the drone ship successfully returned to Port Canaveral.  We caught the return live of our Jetty Park cam.  Later BR made the short trip to the Port to get a few photos of the Rocket suspended by a crane while it is being prepared to be transferred back to SpaceX at the Cape.

We had 100's of people viewing online and several dozen turned out at the Port to witness this latest marvel of human ingenuity return from another successful mission.
