Florida Atlantic Surf Report/Forecast

Monday:  Knee to thigh from the ENE with north winds in the mid teens.

Tuesday:  Similar to Monday.  North winds build from the north by the evening kicking up some additional wind swell on top of yesterday’s size.

Looking ahead:   Strong north winds are forecast for Wednesday making for some big but chunky storm surf.  Winds will be a little more favorable for Thursday and Friday and may be worth keeping an eye on for some leftovers.

South Florida Surf report and Forecast

Monday:  Knee high for PBC and smaller as you head south.  North winds in the high teens most of the day.

Tuesday:  Winds turn to the east and build for the afternoon kicking up some additional wind swell size on top of a small ENE background bump.

Looking ahead:  An area of low pressure that could kick up some pretty gnarly surf for Wednesday.  Strong north winds are forecast for Wednesday making for some big but chunky storm surf.  Thursday may be worth keeping an eye on depending on when the winds break for some north swell leftovers.

Tuesday:

Looking ahead:

Gulfsters: We have front passing over on Wednesday which will bring strong north winds turning NE by the afternoon but not doing much for ridable surf.  We have a chance for some smaller wind swell with northerly winds for later on Thursday and into Friday.  Then we are on a downward trend for Saturday going flat on Sunday.

Panhandle: Not too much surf potential for the near future.
