Looks like Florida is going to get another pass as neither Marco or Laura are expected to impact the state other than some stormy weather for the Keys and maybe south Florida from Laura. Laura is expected to pass directly over Cuba then makes its way north into the Gulf towards Louisiana. It is expected to strengthen once it clears Cuba and become a Cat 1 Hurricane in the warm waters of the Gulf.
Marco is passing the western most tip of Cuba and heading north into the Gulf. It is expected to hold on to its Cat 1 status through Monday, then weaken before making landfall near the Texas Louisiana border.
Because of the direction and strength of these storms we don't have our hopes up for epic gulf surf but there will defiantly be nice sets so be ready!
