The 2026 Florida State Fair isn’t just another fair it’s a centerpiece of the nationwide
America 250 festivities, marking
250 years of U.S. history with a uniquely Florida twist. Expect red, white, and blue décor, special performances, and tributes woven throughout the fairgrounds.

- Dates: February 5–16, 2026
- Location: Florida State Fairgrounds, 4800 US Hwy 301 N, Tampa, FL
- Mon–Thu: Gates 11am–9pm, Midway 1pm
- Fri–Sun & Presidents Day: Gates 10am–9pm, Midway 10:30am
The Food: Wild, Creative, and Absolutely Florida.
Every year the fair unveils a new lineup of outrageous, indulgent, and Instagram worthy foods and this year is no exception. Highlights include:

Thrill Rides & Midway
From towering swings to high‑speed coasters, the Midway remains one of the fair’s biggest draws. The fair boast everything from the Ferris Wheel, Tilt-A-Whirls and Funhouses to Coasters Carousels and younger kid frinedly rides.
Agriculture & Livestock
Livestock shows, interactive exhibits, and hands‑on agricultural experiences highlight Florida’s farming heritage.
Live Entertainment
Expect daily performances, roaming entertainers, and special America 250 themed shows throughout the fairgrounds.
