NO NBA SEASON
The fight is on the legal courts now, not basketball – there is no shot clock. Preliminary motions alone will take at least a month. There is no “negotiation” between owners and players – only hope is if lawyers for both sides negotiate an out of court settlement. Then players have to reinstate the union and a CBA can be signed. That’s the short answer.
