new to fishing... looking for advice and/or resources please

hi there!

i've constantly cherished the concept of fishing, and i have long past five or 6 instances in my existence earlier than this year. now i'm making it a point to head at the least once a month, and i've been preserving that up to date! i've been dock fishing  two times in cedar key, and just the day prior to this i rented a ship and went with a few pals... caught five different species and had a blast!

what i am searching out are any resources you recommend i take advantage of for fish in season, locations to fish with out a ship, courses for what i'm able to keep , courses for identification, and any recommendation of any kind! fyi i'm in the gainesville/ocala place. however i'll cross anywhere withing a pair hours.

i don't in reality have any friends who fish, and whilst i stay in florida i certainly don't have family who fishes. thanks in advance for something you've got to mention.
