Absolutely most versatile board for all conditions?

So, I am aware that a "one-board quiver" cannot exist and frankly, would be lame. However, I just bought a van and will be travelling up and down the west coast for a few months. I have a few boards, but am considering buying a new one anyhow and will likely only take one with me due to space. I may alter this decision, but yeah.

I already have my opinions about what the most versatile board is that will get me in the water the most, I just want to hear yours out of curiosity.

RE:Absolutely most versatile board for all conditions?

First off congrats on the van trip.  I have an e-150 that's been on a few.  I prefer a fish if it's a 1 board situation but I'm a bigger guy and need the volume.  A 6'8" squah tail 5 plug plank might work well for a 1 board quiver.

What type of van are you taking?
