Surf Fitness

Hey everyone, I'm new to the forum.

I've been surfing in Florida about 7 years and have been into fitness to help improve my surfing for the past 5. I (very) recently started a to help share and discuss workouts with other surfers that help improve strength and surfing ability. Most posts are/will be simple and effective body-weight exercises that don't need dumbbells, kettle bells, etc.

I figured if they've been help me improve my ability over the years, they can probably help others too.

Here's one of my recent posts:

All workouts are free and I try to post useful material as often as I can when I'm not working my 9-5 day job.

Check it out and let me know what ya think.

Cheers!

RE:Surf Fitness

Yes, I agree that surfing helps to improve strength and surfing ability. Whereas wake-surfing promotes healthy bones and also proves heart pumping. My brother loves to do wake-surfing, so last week he had bought a new boat which was Centurion Enzo SV233 which was transported by auto transport San Jose team. His Centurion Enzo SV233 had a new design which provided world championship level waves on both sides of the boat which created best wake-surfing.
