Vuole qualcosa da mangiare? Sorry do you want something to eat? This is your good old Kapn’ Bone here and I know Italian! Tonight we took the crew to one of our little South Beach secret spots Rosati’s at the Surfcaster Motel. Buddha and I were joined by the Bronzed Aussie and Wedge two guys that you love to hate out in the line up, getting a wave from these guys is like trying to take a bone from a hundred pound pit bull it’s just not going to happen!
Our Cameriere (waiter) Derrick led us to a double table in the dinning room and we proceeded to check out the menu. We ordered the Antipasto with a Calamari chaser. Both were terrific, we moved onto the main course. The first was a true Italian classic Veal Parmesan and the other dish was Shrimp Alfredo with Penne Pasta and Pesto. The Veal was tender and well seasoned but the Shrimp Alfredo was our favorite, accompanied with Garlic Knots and a eight spice dipping sauce we were ready to roll.
One thing about Italians is that you never leave hungry, Larry our host and owner insisted that we try an all the way Pizza and we were glad he did, great Pizza! So when you come down to Surf or Fish at the Inlet and you get that empty feeling pull into Rosati’s and grab a menu and you will be stoked!
Rosati’s right there at the Surfcaster Motel about eight miles south on A1A . You can eat in or take out and of course just call 321-723-0383 and they will deliver it to your door hot and fresh. Buona fortuna (good luck) and Arrivederci! (good by) and don’t forget to tell them Kapn’ Bone sent you!
