Compliance with SMPTE standards
AXIS P Series cameras provide HDTV in compliance with SMPTE 296M standard of 1280 x 720 to 4K pixel resolution, full frame rate, HDTV color fidelity and a 16:9 format. Step up tothe Q series for increased zoom and extra harsh enviroments such as sub zero conditions. The day and night camera can deliver H.264 and Motion JPEG streams simultaneously. H.264 with Slip Stream technology greatly optimizes bandwidth and storage use without compromising image quality, while Motion JPEG is supported for increased flexibility.
Power Over Ethernet (POE) For Easy Installation
AXIS PTZcameras are powered with High Power over Ethernet, which makes installation easy since only one standard CAT5 cable is needed for carrying power, video and PTZ commands.
