On April 6th – 8th, 2012 the 48th Ron Jon Easter Surfing Festival will be staged at the Cocoa Beach Pier and Shepard Park. Surfing Competitions will include events for Men, Women, Boys and Girls, from ages six to sixty.
They have added a Men and Women’s Amateur Short board Division 25 to 45 years of age and the Future 6 Vertical Skate board Challenge to the schedule as they continue to move towards an all board event. They will continue the exciting Stand Up Paddleboard surfing event, and will award a Distinguished Easter Surfing Championship trophy to all winners (1st – 4th). Spectators will have a chance to learn Surfing And Skim Boarding via on site clinics, participate in celebrity signings, attend an Easter Egg hunt and listen to a daytime musical performance, enjoy evening entertainment with movies, Bands, parties, and experience a Sunrise Service at either site...
