Hey Groms,

The next surf contest is this Saturday, June 30th at Marineland.  We had to move the location.  Due to the dredging in St. Augustine we could not get a permit for any of the beaches. Don't forget sign ups at 8am.  Contest begins at 9am.  Go to the website to download an entry form to fill out ahead of time or you can get one at the contest on Saturday.

Directions from 95:  Get off at the Flagler exit.  Turn left on A1A.  Go north 12 miles and it will be on the right. Park at the south side parking lot of Marineland. 

The points are updated on the website from the last contest, so go check it out and see where you stand in the rankings. 

We had a super, amazing, overnight surf camp on June 11-15.  We might do one more before school starts, let me know if anyone is interested.  Check out the fan page on facebook, there are tons of photos of the surf camp and a video of the last contest.

Gnarly tip of the week:  Make sure you get a good night's sleep and eat something healthy the morning of the contest.  Have you seen any cool surfing videos lately?  It's a good idea to watch some from one of your favorite pros the night before the contest.
