Chosing a Wet Suit

Hello All,

New to surfing. I was in South Africa for a few months on work and picked up surfing while I was there. Now I want to continue surfing but want some advice when picking out a wet suit.   I live in Connecticut and of course the waters are fairly cold most of the year in New England. I was wondering, is their a con to buying a thicker wetsuit? Will I get too hot in warmer temps / does the thickness take away from mobility? Thanks all

RE:Chosing a Wet Suit

Unfortunately, you'll probably end up with several different thicknesses of wetsuits as you would definitely sweat in a winter suit as the water and air warms up.
