Nestled in between the legendary Ramon Puig "The King of Guayaberas" and Happy Wine "The Wine Store with Entertainment" in West Miami just blocks from Coral Gables sit's the famous El Mago de las Fritas "The Magician of Cuban Hamburgers."

What is a Cuban Hamburger? And Why the Magician? A Frita is a Burger that explodes with flavors of spanish chorizo on a fresh Cuban bun with heavenly potato wisps that are fresh every day. Idaho potato company loves him so much! They send El Mago playful stuffed potatoes, trucks and pins for his loyalty.

OK now for the Magician well with a direct lineage to las Havanas famous Frita, El Mago after decades still has a passion for his food. No there is not a mass meat house providing his blends but a personal butcher whom he argues with every morning to assure the best quality meats in his fritas. If you were to drive by any given day you'll see El Mago tending to his Flan much like that of a mother to her child. Gently adding water to Maria's Bath with a smile of a proud parent.
