Bloody Red Itchy Eyes from surfing

My eyes are fried from years of surfing. Doctor says I have pterygiums as a result of all the glare and wind from surfing over the past 10 years. Has anyone had any luck with the Kurtis Surf Goggles or the Barz? Any feedback would be appreciated.
