Playa Esterillos surf conditions and audio surf report

11/2 - 11/8: Caribbean Coast - November is the main month for tropical systems to develop in the Caribbean and on Thursday a storm will push in some chest high wind swell. It only lasts a day and the rest of the week it's small, knee high or less. Another wind swell arrives on Sunday with a few waist high peelers.
Pacific Coast - There are conflicting models for the end of the week - one shows a tropical system pushing in surf well overhead from the straight West, the other not showing anything over chest high for the Nicoya Peninsula. However, the models agree for the beginning of the week, chest to head high surf, a foot bigger south of Jaco. Increasing a foot by Wednesday with some overhead sets. |

The Long Shot - A south swell arrives by next Tuesday morning, pushing in surf a foot overhead. Then another NW swell arrives by next Thursday increasing the number of overhead set waves and hollow A-frames through to next weekend. |
